Design Mania provides graphic design services including, but not limited to:
Social media posters
Flyers, brochures, business cards
Logo design, branding packages
Digital and print advertising designs
All services are provided online and delivered digitally via email or download link.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed through our official website or authorized representatives.
Payments are to be made in advance through the available payment gateway (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
No design work will begin until full payment is received.
4. Delivery & Turnaround
Standard delivery time depends on the selected package (usually 1–3 working days).
Delivery timelines may vary based on design complexity and communication delays.
Revisions (if included in package) will be delivered within 24–48 hours after feedback.
5. Revisions & Approval
Each design package includes a limited number of revisions as specified.
Major design changes beyond the package scope will incur additional charges.
Once the client approves the final design, no further edits will be entertained.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the creative nature of design work, refunds are not applicable once the work has started.
Cancellation before work commencement will be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting admin fees).
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the final approved design becomes the property of the client.
Design Mania retains rights to use completed works for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Raw files (e.g., PSD, AI) will be shared only if included in the package or purchased separately.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, brand materials, and content before starting the project.
Design Mania is not responsible for errors in client-provided text, logos, or data.
Delays in client feedback may extend the project timeline.
9. Intellectual Property
All drafts, previews, and templates remain the intellectual property of Design Mania until payment is completed.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale of designs created by Design Mania is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Design Mania will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details, business data, and client information confidential.
Design Mania will not disclose or share client materials without permission.
12. Modification of Terms
Design Mania reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
