Pricing & Payment Policy

Payment for Design Services

  • All payments for design services ordered through DesignMania.in must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
  • The total payable amount will include applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Customers must ensure sufficient funds are available for successful payment. DesignMania reserves the right to cancel orders for non-payment.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other secure online payment gateways.
  • Customers may also prepay an amount into their DesignMania Wallet, which can be used to pay for future services.

Vendor Payment Policy

(Applicable to partnered companies providing services via DesignMania)

  • DesignMania operates under a revenue-sharing model, with payment terms defined in individual agreements.
  • Payments to vendors will be processed on or before the 10th of the following month for all completed and approved projects from the previous month.
  • DesignMania will raise invoices to vendors based on completed project values. Vendors do not need to raise their own invoices unless specified otherwise.
  • Payment terms may be updated with prior notice.

Freelancer Payment Policy

(Applicable to freelancers working with DesignMania)

  • Freelancers must raise invoices to DesignMania for completed and approved projects.
  • Invoices should include accurate project details and values.
  • Payments will be processed on or before the 10th of the following month, covering all approved work from the previous month.
  • Terms are subject to periodic review and updates.

Partnership Payments

  • Revenue-sharing agreements with partners are transparent, fair, and mutually agreed upon.
  • Payment schedules and amounts are defined in the respective partnership agreements.
  • DesignMania ensures that all partnership payments are processed promptly and without undue delay.

Transparent Pricing & Fairness

  • All prices, taxes, and fees are clearly disclosed upfront before payment.
  • No hidden charges will be added during checkout.
  • Automated tax calculations (e.g., GST, TDS) are applied to ensure compliance with Indian tax laws.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel design orders in line with DesignMania’s Cancellation Policy by emailing support@designmania.in.
  • Refunds-Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 days.
  • Refunds comply with applicable tax laws and consumer protection regulations.

Compliance & Legal Requirements

  • Vendors and freelancers must comply with all relevant laws, including GST and other tax requirements.
  • DesignMania provides tools and guidelines to assist in maintaining tax compliance.
  • Non-compliance may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.

General Terms & Updates

  • DesignMania reserves the right to update this Pricing & Payment Policy periodically.
  • Significant changes will be communicated to vendors, partners, and customers in advance.
  • These policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance while adapting to market and regulatory developments.
